The U.S. Prevnar 20 Pediatric Senior Manager is a mission-critical role dedicated to the development and execution of Healthcare Professional (HCP) materials and tactics. This position serves as a central hub, working daily alongside the Prevnar 20 three Pediatric HCP Directors and the Senior Director, Prevnar 20 Pediatric Lead. The role is designed to lead the brand's strategic vision, driving preference against competitors and fostering vaccine confidence among HCPs.
In this capacity, you will spearhead the brand's AI and digital transformation initiatives to effectively reach customers. The work involves setting the vision for digital engagement, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring that marketing solutions differentiate Prevnar 20 Pediatric through innovative, data-driven tactics. Success in this role requires inspiring and partnering with both internal and external stakeholders to navigate a highly matrixed structure and achieve meaningful business outcomes.

This position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence 2 to 3 days per week at either the New York Headquarters or the Collegeville, Pennsylvania site.
