Pfizer's pediatric pneumococcal vaccine, Prevnar 20, was approved by the FDA in April 2023 and received its ACIP recommendation in June 2023. This next-generation vaccine expands serotype coverage to 20, aiming to further protect children from serious pneumococcal disease. About the Role
The U.S. Prevnar 20 Pediatric Senior Manager is a mission-critical role responsible for the development and execution of Healthcare Professional (HCP) materials and tactics. You will work extensively on a daily basis with the Prevnar 20 three Pediatric HCP Directors and the Senior Director, Prevnar 20 Pediatric Lead.
In this position, you will lead the development and execution of HCP tactics, spanning competitive strategy and brand efforts. You will collaborate with relevant U.S. and Global stakeholders to drive preference against competitors and build effective campaigns. Additionally, you will help execute the brand's vision for AI and digital transformation to effectively reach customers, driving planning and cross-functional collaboration to achieve desired outcomes.

You will operate within a highly matrixed structure, requiring the ability to engage people, lead effectively, and demonstrate high learning agility. Success in this role demands strong strategic, communication, and analytical thinking, as well as the creativity and prioritization skills necessary to inspire and partner with both external and internal stakeholders. You will work seamlessly with the global marketing team in preparation for launch.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or related area
- verifiedMinimum 1 year experience with PhD/DrPH/ScD/PharmD, minimum 5 years with MS/MPH, or minimum 6 years with Bachelor's degree
- verifiedSolid understanding of U.S. pharmaceutical environment including Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance

Nice to Have
3+ years experience in the U.S. pharmaceutical industry, previous marketing experience, MBA, MPH or similar.
