Recruiter - Hybrid (Production/High Volume)

About the Role

The Recruiter serves as a brand ambassador and subject matter expert in talent acquisition, dedicated to delivering exceptional talent while ensuring service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. This role focuses on providing proactive, timely communication to both candidates and hiring leaders, offering consultative direction and industry expertise to guide the search process.

Work Environment & Location

This position is based in Grand Forks, North Dakota, USA, with a hybrid work model requiring 2-3 days per week on-site. The role is specifically tailored for a Production, Manufacturing, or High Volume environment, starting June 15th, 2026.

The Day-to-Day

You will partner closely with hiring leaders to define position specifications, leveraging market data to recommend effective search strategies. Your day involves sourcing candidates through resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using Boolean search language, as well as managing recruitment marketing plans to align with specific search requirements.

A significant portion of your time will be spent engaging with talent communities via phone, email, and social media. You will articulate the value proposition to candidates, prepare them for interviews, and ensure they receive timely updates on their application status. Additionally, you will utilize Cielo's proprietary software for mobile and email campaigns to nurture talent communities.
