As a strategic partner in talent acquisition, this role goes beyond filling open positions to actively shaping the organization's workforce strategy. You will serve as a consultant to hiring leaders, aligning recruitment efforts with broader business needs to attract and retain culturally fit candidates. The core mission is to deliver service excellence throughout the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
In this position, you will build strong consultative relationships with HR Business Partners and Hiring Leaders to anticipate staffing needs and understand evolving business priorities. Your day-to-day involves developing creative recruitment marketing plans, sourcing top talent through diverse channels including social media and professional networks, and managing the end-to-end candidate journey from initial engagement to offer acceptance. You will also play a key role in expanding the talent pipeline by partnering with Student Services to maintain robust relationships with local colleges, universities, and academic programs.
