About the Role

As a Recruiter, you will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery. This role focuses on high-touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client-facing activities. You will serve as the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness. Your work involves creating and executing multi-channel sourcing strategies, conducting role briefings with clients to set expectations, and using competency interviewing to differentiate candidates. You will be responsible for identifying continuous improvement opportunities and effectively communicating position opportunities and client value propositions.
