As a Recruiter on our Talent Team, you will be the strategic partner connecting great people with meaningful careers. This role exists to build high-performing teams that drive our mission forward. You will go beyond filling open requisitions; you will partner with hiring managers to design hiring strategies that align with organizational goals and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
In this position, you will represent MorseLife at job fairs, campus events, and industry conferences, engaging with top talent through creative and targeted campaigns. Your day will involve navigating the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding. You will also play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with new hires to encourage referrals and gather feedback, ensuring a seamless transition for everyone who joins our team.
