About the Role

We are seeking a relationship-driven Contract Recruiter with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to hit the ground running. In this role, you will handle the full recruiting lifecycle for open roles, from sourcing and screening to helping close offers. Your focus will be on making a tangible impact in the lives of candidates by providing a smooth, professional experience throughout the hiring process.

You will be responsible for keeping the process clean within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate records, and delivering clear, concise updates to hiring managers each week. Success in this position requires a "hunting mindset"—going where talent is and following through—while maintaining high standards of candidate care, organization, and process discipline.
