We are looking for a trusted Sr Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire transformational talent across executive leadership, corporate functions, and sales. This is a high-impact role for someone who sees recruiting as more than filling jobs. It is about building relationships, shaping talent strategy, and helping the business make confident hiring decisions that cultivate growth.
In this role, you will partner closely with leaders, bring insight into the talent market, and lead full-cycle recruitment for key roles that drive Sigma forward. You will manage executive, senior leadership, and confidential searches from kickoff through offer stage, including intake, market mapping, sourcing strategy, competency-based assessments, and negotiation. Additionally, you will help elevate Sigma's employer brand through thoughtful recruitment marketing, community partnerships, and strong candidate experiences.
This position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring 1-2 days per week in our Corporate Scottsdale office.
