About the Role
As a Full-Time Infant Center & Preschool Office Administrator and Enrollment Specialist, you will gain valuable experience through hands-on training under the guidance of an experienced Director. You will work closely with a leadership team to master the day-to-day operations of running an Action Day Program.
This role is designed for someone who leads with a positive, heart-centered approach. You will be instrumental in building and empowering a team that embodies our core values, supervising staff, and delivering exceptional customer service to parents and families. Your day will involve ensuring the highest quality of care for the children, managing enrollment and school tours, and overseeing school operations. Directors will provide personalized leadership coaching to help you grow in these responsibilities.

We are committed to your growth. Administrators at Action Day Schools receive hands-on training with a mentor, 1:1 coaching sessions, and team check-ins with the Leadership Team. You will have access to a New Hire Welcome Workshop, Staff Development Days, and CPR/First Aid certification courses.
You will also have the ability to collaborate with creative team members to design physical environments that meet the changing needs of young children.
