Melt Ice Creams is a fast-growing local Fort Worth company founded in 2014, dedicated to serving happy ice cream one scoop at a time. We believe that treats can change your day, and your day can change the world. Our mission extends beyond just making ice cream; we craft the best five minutes of our customers' day. From our five scoop shops across the DFW area to our wholesale and catering teams, we pride ourselves on high-quality premium ingredients, housemade sauces, and inclusions.
Our kitchen, affectionately known as the "Joy Factory," is where creativity meets premium ingredients. We take great care in providing a quality work experience for our team members, fostering a culture where culinary enthusiasts can create edible happiness together.
As a Kitchen Team Member (Ice Cream & Inclusion Specialist), you will be a vital part of our Joy Factory. This role is designed for passionate culinary enthusiasts who want to craft joy from scratch. You will not just follow recipes; you will create the components that make our ice cream extraordinary, from hand-baked cookies and crumbles to scratch-made caramels and seasonal fruit jams.
Your day will involve churning small-batch ice cream bases to perfect creaminess, assembling limited-edition flavor combinations, and preparing frozen treats like popsicles and ice cream cakes. You will work alongside creative teammates to ensure product is always ready to go out the door to our scoop shops. We strive for consistency through preparedness, encouraging you to be proactive, vulnerable, and transparent. Whether you are spinning ice cream, decorating cakes, or maintaining impeccable kitchen standards, you will have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas for innovation and growth.
