The Practice Supervisor, Ophthalmology serves as a vital operational partner within the Cambridge clinical practice. This position is designed to bridge the gap between strategic vision and day-to-day execution, ensuring the practice runs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Reporting to the Faculty Practice Administrator, you will oversee the administrative and operational functions of the clinic. Your primary focus is on supervising front-line staff, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring that all patient registration, scheduling, and billing processes are accurate and efficient. This role is essential for maintaining a smooth workflow that allows the clinical team to focus on patient outcomes.
In this capacity, you will not only manage daily objectives but also contribute to long-term strategic planning. You will identify opportunities for practice growth, track investments, and ensure that policies and procedures are understood and followed by the team, customers, and stakeholders. The role requires a balance of tactical oversight and the ability to solve operational challenges swiftly, ensuring patient satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
