As the Administrative Manager for the Community Health Division's Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), you will be the operational backbone of our healthcare services. This role exists to ensure the CTC runs efficiently, allowing our clinical teams to focus on patient care while we manage the complex business infrastructure behind the scenes.
In this position, you will oversee daily business operations, including financial systems, patient billing, procurement, and facility management. You will supervise clerical staff, manage personnel actions, and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations. Your day will involve balancing strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving, from reconciling insurance claims to coordinating with the Department of General Services on facility safety. You will also play a key role in continuous quality improvement, helping to develop policies that enhance service delivery for our diverse client base.

Master's degree in health administration, business, or related field; minimum of four years of experience in management, budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting; strong project management skills; demonstrated ability to work in a service environment for difficult to manage clients; ability to prioritize tasks, analyze data, problem solve, think critically, and create and improve organizational systems; ability to create positive, long-term working relationships by demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and customer service by consistently exhibiting tact, dependability, diplomacy, and flexibility.
