This position is the guardian of accurate and compliant billing processes across Government, Commercial Health Plans, and Medical Group payers. You will manage claims resolution and refund processing while analyzing payer correspondence to escalate trends and maintain contractual compliance. Your work ensures that revenue is booked according to appropriate contract allowances and that reimbursement issues are addressed promptly.
