As a member of the Ambulatory Services Team, you will play a pivotal role in the administrative, clinical, and operational oversight of assigned clinics and practices.
The Practice Manager II serves as a vital link between leadership, staff, and physicians, ensuring the seamless delivery of patient care. This position exists to drive practice growth, maintain strict compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and state/federal guidelines, and foster a culture of service excellence. You will be responsible for managing staff performance, optimizing financial outcomes, and implementing strategic planning to expand the practice's scope.
In this role, you will balance operational efficiency with clinical quality. Your day will involve conducting regular meetings to promote strong communication, analyzing financial reports to guide provider performance, and ensuring all staff are cross-trained and prepared for regulatory inspections. You will also champion patient satisfaction initiatives, working closely with the Nursing Division to evaluate staffing and support a safe, hazard-free environment.
Candidates with direct patient care experience are highly preferred. The selection process focuses on identifying leaders who can effectively delegate responsibility while retaining accountability, manage complex operational metrics, and collaborate across agencies to meet patient needs.
