We are seeking two Business Administrators to serve as Assistant Directors of Operations and Finance. In this role, you will utilize critical decision-making and relationship-building skills to support divisions within the department. You will be instrumental in driving accurate forecasting, responding agilely to business trends, and using data to inform strategic decisions. Your day-to-day work involves administering specialized activities, reporting to management, and providing expert recommendations on process improvements while ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and university regulations. You will act as a bridge between the health system, the College of Medicine, and physician groups to ensure the successful execution of the tripartite mission of education, research, and patient services.
