We are seeking two Business Administrators to serve as Assistant Directors of Operations and Finance. In this role, you will utilize critical decision-making and relationship-building skills to support divisions within the department. You will be responsible for accurate forecasting, agile responses to business trends, and using data to drive financial and business operations. Your day-to-day work involves administering specialized activities, reporting to management, and providing strategic recommendations on process-related topics while ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and university regulations. You will act as a vital link between the health system, the College of Medicine, and the physician group to ensure the successful execution of the tripartite mission of education, research, and patient services.
