About the Role

In this position, you will translate complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights that inform high-level decision-making. You will work at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations, utilizing advanced analytical tools to support short and long-term strategic initiatives. The role demands a proactive mindset, requiring you to continuously monitor the healthcare landscape, identify emerging trends, and share market insights with executive leadership, service line administrators, and clinical staff through reports, presentations, and white papers.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role based in Stamford, CT. The schedule requires 2 days onsite (9 am–5 pm) and 3 days remote, fostering a balance of collaborative in-person work with focused independent analysis.

Application Process

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and relevant experience in healthcare planning or data analysis. Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your experience with healthcare data systems and strategic reporting.

Our Commitment to Diversity
