As the Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS), you will take on a pivotal role responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services. Based out of our Lynwood, WA office, you will support hospice operations throughout the Snohomish County area.
In this position, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Director, stepping in as the acting Executive Director in their absence. You will provide guidance to coordinators, case managers, and clinical supervisors, ensuring the quality and safe delivery of hospice services. Your day-to-day involves fostering a culture of excellence, developing organizational policies, and promoting hospice referrals within the healthcare community. You will also be instrumental in shaping the future of our clinical teams by overseeing orientation, continuing education, and performance evaluations.
