You will serve as the primary front desk staff for the OBGYN - Center for Infertility department, acting as the first point of contact for patients. Your day will involve managing the flow of patient visits, from scheduling and check-in to check-out duties. You will be the friendly voice on the phone and the welcoming presence at the desk, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
As an EPIC "Super User," you will leverage your expertise in scheduling, registration, and billing systems to support the team. You will also have the opportunity to assist and train others in these areas, fostering a collaborative environment where knowledge is shared to elevate the entire practice's efficiency.
