As a Rental Sales Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients in your assigned territory, focusing on the rental of electric and diesel-powered air compressors, portable generators, forklifts, and material handling equipment. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex industrial needs and our comprehensive equipment portfolio, ensuring customers have the right tools to keep their operations running efficiently.
In this position, you will not only generate new accounts but also nurture existing relationships by analyzing customer needs and recommending tailored solutions. Your day-to-day involves navigating both office and shop environments to understand equipment capabilities, preparing bid specifications, and negotiating contracts. You will act as a trusted advisor, explaining equipment usage, troubleshooting product-related issues, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Success in this role requires a blend of sales acumen, technical understanding of machinery, and the ability to build a positive business image within the petroleum and industrial sectors.

Prior outside rental & sales experience in compressed air, power generation, or material handling markets. Ability to build strong presentations for customers. Associate or Bachelor's Degree. Prior experience with Oracle system.
Skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle.
Education: High School Graduate or GED required; Associate's Degree strongly preferred; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
