About the Role

As a Sales Engineer based in Dallas, TX, you will serve as a strategic partner to manufacturers and fabricators in the region. Your mission is to identify and execute sales leads that introduce BLM's advanced technology to solve complex manufacturing challenges.

In this role, you will collaborate with National Sales Managers and internal applications engineers to develop territory growth plans. You will act as a technical consultant, using your knowledge of manufacturing processes to present value propositions and solutions that outperform competing products. The position requires significant field presence, including visiting customer locations to assess needs, conduct demonstrations, and build relationships. You will work closely with management and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive equipment sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleStrategically locate, qualify, and target manufacturers to promote BLM products
  • check_circleUpdate and maintain customer visit notes and opportunity details in the CRM system weekly
  • check_circleComplete documentation to arrange time cycle studies, demonstration trials, and customer demonstrations
  • check_circleEngage management and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment sales
  • check_circleCollaborate with National Sales Manager to develop and execute territory growth plans
  • check_circleUtilize technical skills to discuss system advantages and competitive benefits with potential customers

Requirements
