As a Sales Engineer based in Dallas, TX, you will serve as a strategic partner to manufacturers and fabricators in the region. Your mission is to identify and execute sales leads that introduce BLM's advanced technology to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
In this role, you will collaborate with National Sales Managers and internal applications engineers to develop territory growth plans. You will act as a technical consultant, using your knowledge of manufacturing processes to present value propositions and solutions that outperform competing products. The position requires significant field presence, including visiting customer locations to assess needs, conduct demonstrations, and build relationships. You will work closely with management and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive equipment sales.
