The Follow Up Coordinator serves as a vital ambassador for the company, playing a critical role in revenue generation by managing and converting unsold estimates. This position is designed to ensure that no opportunity is missed, transforming potential leads into closed deals through high-quality customer experiences.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients regarding proposed options and unsold work. Your mission is to make every client feel valued, informed, and confident in their decision-making process. By proactively addressing questions, handling objections, and guiding conversations toward a close, you will directly influence the company's growth while maintaining a professional reputation.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of proactive outreach and cross-departmental coordination. You will execute incoming and outbound calls, emails, texts, and direct mail to nurture unsold opportunities and secure appointments. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to relationship management, assisting clients with financing options, budget conversations, and clarifying proposed work or next steps.
You will act as a bridge between the client and internal teams, promptly communicating sold work to dispatch, warehouse, and technicians to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan, track performance metrics, and support the CCR team with inbound call coverage as needed. The role requires a high degree of organization to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company safety rules, philosophies, and policies.
Candidates selected for this position will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement and successfully complete all background checks, drug testing, and employment screenings. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped to represent the company professionally and effectively.
