About the Role
Reporting directly to the EVP of Sales from our Orlando office, the Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative serves as a vital bridge between our customers and our technical and sales teams. This role is designed for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn our product lines deeply.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing interactions via telephone, email, social media, and chat. Your day will involve analyzing customer needs to recommend solutions, resolving warranty and support issues, and coordinating the logistics of product shipments and call tags. You will document all incidents in NetSuite and identify when complex issues require escalation to our Tech Support or Sales teams. Beyond support, you will actively generate sales leads and partner with field representatives to help achieve team financial goals. The ideal candidate will balance the pressure of high-volume call management with the strategic thinking required to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- verifiedBA or 2+ years of Customer Service or Inside Sales Experience
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Office
- verifiedExperience working with CRM tools (NetSuite Preferred)
Nice to Have
Experience with NetSuite. 2+ years of relevant experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service. Basic knowledge and familiarity with Seal Shield products and lines of business.
