As a Pool Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the pristine condition of our pool locations, ensuring water quality and cleanliness while supporting the Recreation team and water attractions. Your presence helps us deliver excellent guest service in a vibrant, open-water setting.
About the Role
In this position, you will be the first line of defense for Guest safety, ready to respond to emergency situations. Your day-to-day involves measuring and managing pool water quality, working with chemicals to maintain upkeep, and verifying that pump room equipment is functioning correctly. You will partner with Engineering and Maintenance on pump maintenance and enforce the policies and regulations of our Recreation locations. This role requires comfort working outdoors in all types of weather, including extreme heat, humidity, or cold, and the ability to work in a loud environment.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Previous experience in a Recreation or Resort environment. Previous pool chemist or pool technician experience. Knowledge of Hawaiian or Japanese language.
