As a Pool Technician, you will serve as a vital support for the Recreation team, maintaining water quality and cleanliness while ensuring the safety of water attractions and delivering excellent guest service.
About the Role
In this role, you will be a first responder to emergency situations and a guardian of our water environments. You will work with chemicals to assist with the upkeep of pool water, verify that pump room equipment is functioning correctly, and partner with Engineering and Maintenance on pump maintenance. Your day will involve enforcing policies and rules at Recreation locations while maintaining a high standard of guest engagement.
Schedule and Availability
Our Resort operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Shifts may start as early as 4:00 AM and vary as needed. Full-time positions require full availability for any shift at any time, Sunday through Saturday. You will work outdoors in an open water environment, adapting to all types of weather, including extreme heat, humidity, and cold.

Nice to Have
Previous experience in a Recreation or Resort environment. Previous pool chemist or pool technician experience. Knowledge of Hawaiian or Japanese language.
