We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our luxury student housing community, The Boulevard at Tallahassee. This role is essential in maintaining the quality and integrity of our properties, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for our residents.
In this position, you will handle a variety of work orders, maintain the grounds, and be part of an on-call rotation to address 24-hour emergencies. You will work within a positive, team-oriented culture that offers plenty of room for personal and professional growth.
