About the Role
The Pool Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing pool and open water operations, ensuring all areas remain safe and sanitary for guests. This seasonal position serves as the backbone of our aquatic environment, requiring a leader who can coordinate team development, maintain strict chemical balances, and uphold state and local regulations.
You will be the face of our aquatic facilities, greeting guests and establishing rapport while providing leadership to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Your day-to-day involves operating pump rooms, handling chemicals, cleaning and vacuuming pools, and inspecting equipment to guarantee everything is in working order. As a key member of the team, you will also manage pool opening and closing duties, monitor water temperatures, and report any necessary repairs to the RV Resort Manager.
This role demands flexibility, as scheduling may vary based on guest occupancy, season, and staffing needs. You may be required to work events during non-business hours to ensure continuous coverage and safety.
