Key Responsibilities
- check_circleExecute project triage by converting sales orders and contracts into structured projects within ConnectWise
- check_circleMaintain project governance by ensuring adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and documentation requirements
- check_circleSupport resource capacity planning, forecasting, and scheduling across the project portfolio
- check_circleDevelop and distribute standardized reports and dashboards on project health, timelines, and resource utilization
- check_circleMonitor PMO KPIs and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- check_circleParticipate in audits, invoice reviews, and end-of-month activities to support accurate revenue recognition
- check_circleContribute to process improvement initiatives by creating or refining SOPs, templates, and automation
- check_circleSupport onboarding and training of project staff on PMO tools, processes, and best practices
- check_circlePerform ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support PMO leadership and executive decision-making
- check_circleConfigure project financial fields, billing methods, work roles, and agreements to ensure accurate setup
- check_circleCollaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy and process alignment
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- verified5+ years of experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, or project operations role
- verifiedStrong hands-on experience with ConnectWise
- verifiedAdvanced Excel skills
- verifiedSolid understanding of project management frameworks (PMI, Agile, or hybrid models)
- verifiedPMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred
Nice to Have
Experience supporting healthcare IT or MSP environments. Familiarity with finance data, billing models, revenue recognition, or end-of-month close processes. Exposure to M&A integration projects or enterprise-scale operational initiatives. Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements or automation. Experience with Power BI. PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification.
