The Engineering Co-Op is a paid, semester-long opportunity designed to immerse you in the execution of real-world projects within our facilities in Logan, UT. This role serves as a bridge between academic theory and industrial application, offering a unique chance to work directly with Plant Operations and Maintenance teams.
As an intern, you will take ownership of assignments ranging from establishing design criteria for new equipment to managing small capital projects. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with cross-functional partners, including Finance, vendors, and contractors, to evaluate alternatives and implement the best solutions. You will gain hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation PLCs, HMI Touchscreens, and data historian applications, while also contributing to factory acceptance tests and equipment start-ups.
This is a co-op position where you will dedicate one semester to working for six months. We are currently seeking candidates available for the May–December 2026 term or the January–August 2027 term. Relocation assistance is provided for candidates relocating 50 miles or more for this internship.
