Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform mechanical and electrical assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of control systems
- check_circleTroubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical and mechanical failures on manufacturing equipment
- check_circlePerform advanced hydraulic and pneumatic repairs and system diagnostics
- check_circleTrain and mentor new hires and less experienced technicians
- check_circleGenerate electrical schematics and support documentation for machinery
- check_circleProgram and set up PLCs, variable frequency drives, servo drives, and operator interfaces
- check_circleLead complex shop re-builds, equipment upgrades, and machinery optimization projects
- check_circleConduct maintenance, repairs, and preventative service on production equipment
Requirements
- verified7+ years experience in industrial manufacturing
- verified7+ years electrical troubleshooting and system diagnostics
- verified3+ years PLC programming and debugging
- verifiedProficient in test equipment (Multi-meter, Megohmmeter, Ammeter, oscilloscope)
- verifiedProficient in automation software (Direct Soft, C-More Designer, Do-More Designer, Motion Works)
- verifiedKnowledge of AutoCAD
- verifiedKnowledge of industrial communication standards (RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, Ethernet IP)
- verifiedKnowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- verifiedKnowledge of National Electrical Code and UL508A Standards
