About the Role

We are seeking a full-time, Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join an established group of six colleagues in the San Jose/Los Gatos area of Silicon Valley. This role offers a unique opportunity for rapid practice growth, supported by an established primary care referral network. You will practice in a state-of-the-art medical center featuring on-site outpatient surgery centers and access to the Da Vinci robot in nearby hospitals.

The position is designed for flexibility, offering a 4 or 5-day work week with manageable patient volumes of 18–24 per day. You will collaborate with an outstanding group of urology colleagues, sharing a weekday and weekend call schedule (1 in 7 weekends). The environment is physician-led and collegial, emphasizing work-life balance through schedule flexibility and sabbatical options.
