H2 Health Prime Living offers a unique opportunity to provide 1:1 patient care within a luxury Senior Living community in Boulder. This role is designed for clinicians who want to see all their patients under one roof while enjoying a flexible schedule with no weekends or holidays.
As a Physical Therapist, you will work collaboratively to create personalized treatment plans and provide compassionate care.
