We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dialysis clinic in Soldotna, Alaska. This role is vital to our mission of providing high-quality care to a primarily adult and geriatric ESRD patient population.
In this position, you will utilize the nursing process to assess individual patient needs, implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes as patient conditions evolve. A key part of your day involves initiating ongoing education for patients and their families, ensuring they are active participants in their care planning. You will maintain seamless communication with physicians, ancillary services, and other healthcare providers to guarantee continuity of care while upholding professional nursing standards.
