This position offers the opportunity to operate with independence while maintaining a keen focus on quality care. Beyond standard clinic duties, you will sharpen your leadership skills by joining a medical team with expertise in occupational medicine. You will have the chance to coach back-office staff, educate nursing staff and students, and directly and positively affect change every day in patients' lives.
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will work within a multidisciplinary environment that fosters collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for evaluating and treating occupational medicine patients, establishing appropriate levels of care, and ensuring operations remain consistent with medical and professional standards. This role involves cultivating relationships with center clients and payers, managing clinical workflows, and providing guidance to colleagues in the absence of the Center Medical Director.
This is a PRN (as needed) position.
