Ascension Saint Thomas Rehabilitation Hospital is a 40-bed inpatient acute care rehabilitation hospital located in Nashville, Tennessee. As part of this network, our team is dedicated to prioritizing the well-being of our staff so they can provide exceptional care to others.

About the Role

Joining us as a Physical Therapist means embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier. In this role, you will partner with patients to maintain, improve, or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, and prevent physical dysfunction. You will be responsible for performing initial and ongoing assessments, establishing appropriate plans of care, and directing therapy interventions tailored to the age and condition of each patient.

Beyond direct patient care, you will play a leadership role by directing and supervising physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel. You will assess competence, delegate tasks, and establish clear communication channels to ensure high-quality outcomes.
