About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will fulfill your calling by evaluating and conducting medically prescribed treatment programs designed to treat movement dysfunction and pain resulting from injury, disease, disability, or other health-related conditions. You will partner with patients and their families to establish, revise, and evaluate plans of care that address identified problems. Your day will involve performing therapy interventions using standard techniques, providing essential education to patients and staff, and ensuring continuity of care through discharge planning and home modification recommendations. Additionally, you will oversee the activities of physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel while maintaining accurate documentation of patient responses to therapy.
