You will also play a key role in specialized care areas, including pain management, restraint care, and abuse assessment, ensuring safety and dignity for all patients. Beyond clinical duties, you will contribute to performance improvement initiatives, participate in shared governance, and mentor new staff and students, helping to shape the future of our nursing practice.
