We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to lead care at our Verona clinic. In this unique position, you will serve as the sole OT on site, offering you the autonomy to shape patient care, design individualized treatment plans, and build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.\n This role is designed for professionals who thrive with independence, organization, and teamwork. You will evaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, and psychosocial deficits, overseeing care provided by designated individuals according to established regulations. The position offers a structured weekday schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with 40 hours per week and no on-call or weekend duties, allowing you to focus entirely on patient outcomes.
