About the Role
As a Behavioral Health Tech on the Adolescent Unit, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care. This position is designed for those who want to adapt care and adjust treatment plans for patients' evolving needs. You will learn to establish therapeutic relationships, participate in therapeutic groups, and maintain a safe milieu while observing and recording patient behavior.
