Greater Southside Health and Rehabilitation is part of a leadership organization that happens to be in healthcare. Our mission is to strive daily to be the skilled nursing facility of choice in our community. We are driven to improve the daily lives of our residents by providing extraordinary service through a highly motivated team dedicated to upholding our facility's mission.
We foster a culture of "Family and Caring" that permeates everything we do. Our team consists of innovators—Nurses, Therapists, and other Clinicians—who are professionals at the top of their games, genuinely committed, and wholeheartedly compassionate. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace welcoming applicants from all backgrounds and walks of life.
Our core values, C.A.P.L.I.C.O., guide our work:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will join an in-house therapy team where every department works for the facility and shares the same goals. Unlike contract-based roles, you will have unending collaboration with all team members in every department, including nursing and therapy teams.
You will apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions and provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders. This role offers a unique opportunity to express love, compassion, energy, and creative skills for our patients while helping to dignify post-acute care. We strive to create an environment where you can pursue advanced clinical skills, take on leadership opportunities in therapy management or administration, and build on a solid foundation to lead a team to greatness.
We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and caring individuals ready to jump in and be a part of the industry change. Whether you are a new graduate or have prior experience in a skilled nursing setting, you will find an organization that truly understands and acknowledges the vital role a therapist plays in the long-term care setting.
