About the Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be the vital link between clinical expertise and daily patient well-being. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, function, independence, and safety for our senior residents. Your work goes beyond exercises; you will educate patients, families, and caregivers on functional strategies and safety measures, ensuring a holistic approach to recovery. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of PTs and nurses to adjust care plans and support effective discharge planning, directly contributing to the quality of life for those in our care.

Requirements
