About the Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in improving residents' function, independence, and quality of life. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, safety, and functional strategies. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of PTs and nurses to adjust care plans and support discharge planning, while educating patients and their families on exercises and safety protocols.
