About the Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans. Your primary focus will be on therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and transfer and mobility training to ensure the safety and well-being of our senior population.
In this role, you will not only deliver direct care but also educate patients, families, and caregivers on essential exercises and functional strategies. You will play a key part in adjusting care plans and supporting discharge planning through close collaboration with PTs and nurses.
