About the Role

As a Photo Service Associate, you are the face of our photo department, dedicated to delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. Your mission is to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service, ensuring every customer leaves with a positive impression. You will engage with customers and patients by greeting them warmly, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Day in the Life

Your day involves managing the photo area with speed and accuracy, from processing digital passport photos to suggesting promotional photo products. You will act as a key part of the store's operations by registering purchases, handling cash transactions, and processing returns or exchanges as needed. Beyond the counter, you will maintain a clean and well-merchandised environment, constructing displays and managing inventory to ensure the store looks its best.

You will also take on web pick-up responsibilities, monitoring orders in Picture Care Plus, filling them, and delivering them to customers upon arrival. Throughout your shift, you will model customer service best practices for the team, sharing habits like proactive help and identifying needs to ensure service until satisfaction. You will also ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products and implement asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.

Hiring Process

We look for candidates who are fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) and are willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. While six months of retail experience and prior work with Walgreens are preferred, we are committed to finding the right fit for our team.
