About the Role
As a Cashier at Walgreens, you are the face of our brand and the final touchpoint in the customer journey. Your primary mission is to model and deliver a distinctive, delightful customer experience that keeps shoppers coming back. You will be responsible for registering sales, handling transactions efficiently, and ensuring every interaction is courteous, fair, and friendly.
Beyond the register, you play a vital role in operations and store presentation. You will engage with customers by offering assistance, resolving issues, and recommending products to enhance their shopping experience. From maintaining clean counters and well-merchandised shelves to managing inventory and constructing promotional displays, you help create an orderly and inviting environment. You will also support specialized areas like the photo department and web pick-up services, ensuring seamless service across all store functions.

Hiring Process & Application
Candidates must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) and be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. While six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens work experience are preferred, we are committed to growing talent from within.
