About the Role
As a Telephone Operator and Centralized Scheduler, you will be the vital first point of contact for our community oncologists and patients. Your role exists to ensure seamless communication within our outpatient setting, supporting the meaningful work of our medical team by managing high volumes of calls, scheduling appointments, and distributing information efficiently.
In this position, you will operate in a clinical office environment where patience and a pleasant personality are essential. You will interact daily with the public, coworkers, and supervisors, establishing effective working relationships while maintaining professional standards. The role requires sitting at a desk for up to eight hours a day, utilizing office equipment and software to manage call records, route messages, and perform various clerical functions.
