NB|AZ is seeking a Department Specialist/Receptionist to join Arizona's #1 Community Bank at our Biltmore Corporate Office in Phoenix. In this role, you will serve as the vital first point of contact for our organization, greeting customers, visitors, and vendors with a professional, courteous, and welcoming demeanor.
You will be the voice of the Operations Administrator Services team, managing incoming calls, routing inquiries accurately, and providing comprehensive administrative support. Your day will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve department-related questions, preparing and maintaining critical reports, and ensuring the smooth flow of mailroom operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where sound problem-solving and clear communication are essential to supporting our operational goals.
