Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCoordinate and manage daily intake and referral processes
- check_circleProcess client and attendant enrollment paperwork
- check_circleDe-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers
- check_circleSupport accounts receivable by auditing service authorizations
- check_circleEnsure compliance with Federal/State regulations and MCO rules
- check_circleHandle inbound and outbound customer service communications
- check_circleProvide administrative support including data entry and document processing
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED preferred
- verifiedPrevious office experience preferred
- verifiedPass a background screening
- verifiedLegally authorized to work in the United States
- verifiedBi-lingual preferred
