As the Lead Front Desk Registrar, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, respectful, and efficient experience. This leadership position is designed to oversee and coordinate front desk registration operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services programs, supporting the Administration & Clerical team.
In this role, you will lead day-to-day activities while providing guidance and oversight to front desk registrars. You will model excellent customer service, resolve complex registration or billing questions, and play a key role in training and onboarding new staff.
