New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center (NYPCC) is a leading non-profit organization serving the community for over 40 years. Founded on the belief that everyone is entitled to the best possible mental health treatment regardless of age, race, or socioeconomic status, our network of seven facilities across Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx supports children, families, and individuals with behavioral and emotional challenges. Our mission is to help them become more productive and independent members of society.
We are seeking a bright, self-motivated, and talented Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join our clerical team at our Brooklyn location (2857 Linden Blvd). This role is vital to our daily operations, serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You will thrive in our fast-paced, energetic, and dynamic environment, working alongside a team that shares a passion for our mission.
The position includes opening and closing shifts as well as a weekend day. You will be responsible for greeting clients, managing appointments, and ensuring the smooth flow of our front office. Success in this role requires a demeanor capable of working with diverse and sometimes difficult clients while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
We offer an amazing workplace culture that values team building and company outings. As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy comprehensive benefits including 100% paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. We also provide annual rate increases, a 403B retirement plan, and significant opportunities for job stability and growth. Additionally, we offer a unique opportunity to give back to the community while building your career.
